    How You Can Reduce Stress in Your Home

    1. Pray together at least once every day.
    2. Read God's Word -- trust His promises
    3. Attend church regularly
    4. Set realistic goals
    5. Determine what is really important
    6. Take a break -- do something else
    7. Plan a family activity each week
    8. Have family meetings periodically
    9. Exercise regularly, get enough sleep, eat well
    10. Say something positive to a family member every day
    11. Find a support group
    12. Keep a sense of humor
