Hold your next event at Mount Olive’s beautiful Community Life Center! The Community Life Center was designed specifically to accommodate a wide range of community gatherings. It is perfect for: Wedding Receptions, Dinners, Fund-raising Events, Conference, Musical Performances, Training Events, Theatrical Productions, Dinner Theater, etc. The facility features:
- 5,000 square feet of usable space in the Multi Purpose Room, Configurable into two rooms with a floor-to-ceiling operable wall
- Seating for 250 in theater format or for 200 at round tables
- State-of-the-art Sound, Video, Media, Theatrical Lighting, and Satellite broadcast systems
- Commercial Restaurant-style kitchen
- Eight 4’x8′ configurable stage sections
- Volleyball and Basketball, bleacher seating, computer/video generated scoreboard
- Ten break-out rooms for small groups in adjoining wing
The following groups can use the Community Life Center:
- Individuals from the Milpitas greater community
- Non-profit organizations and churches with their own 501(c)(3) designation
- Members of Mount Olive and other LCMS Churches
Facility rental is subject to the following restrictions:
- We are unable to accommodate for-profit businesses due to our tax exempt status.
- No alcoholic beverages, except for one wedding reception toast, are allowed.
- Any group renting the facility shall not perform any organized acts of worship that are not in agreement with Mount Olive’s beliefs.
- All events are subject to Mount Olive approval. Mount Olive reserves the right to decline events.
