Get Fit! Workouts are Monday 9am, Tuesday 5pm and Friday at 9am.
Power Strength™ weight training for women and men in the Multipurpose Room. Enjoy a well-balanced workout of strength training and stretching. All fitness levels are invited. Classes are taught by a certified instructor.

New students can try a class with no obligation.
